Country Codes

Use the Country Codes function to set up and maintain country codes, international dialing prefixes, international dialing input masks, postal code input masks, and phone number input masks.

Creating a Country Code

  1. Click the New button, on the toolbar, to open a blank country code record.
  2. Enter a new country code in the Country Code field.
  3. Enter a description of the new country code in the Country Description field.
  4. Enter the country's international dialing prefix input mask in the Intl Prefix Mask field.

  5. Enter the country's international dialing prefix in the Intl Prefix field.
  6. Enter the country's phone number input mask in the Phone Mask field.

  7. Enter the country's postal code input mask in the Postal Code Mask field.
    Note: See Input Masks for additional information on creating a mask.
  8. Select the PostNet check box to include the PostNet barcode on documents addressed to the associated country or leave it blank to not include the PostNet barcode.
  9. Enter the ISO Code and the ISO Code (numeric), as applicable.
  10. Click the Save button, on the toolbar, to save the new country code.

Editing a Country Code

  1. Select a country code to edit.
  2. Edit the fields as necessary.
  3. Click the Save button, on the toolbar, to save any changes made to the country code.

Deleting a Country Code

  1. Select a country code to delete.
  2. Click the Delete button, on the toolbar, to delete the selected country code.
  3. Click Yes at the "Are you sure you want to delete selected record(s)?" prompt.
